NHK Eテレで放送中の5分番組。毎週月曜から金曜までの5日間、その名の通り「2355」は夜23:55から、「0655」は朝6:55から放送されています。
佐藤雅彦および東京藝術大学大学院の岡本美津子教授とNHKを中心に「日本人のリズムをつくる」番組を目指して企画されました。
ユーフラテスは番組全体のディレクション・映像制作を担当しています。

2355・0655から生まれた特番『自由研究55』は、毎年夏休みシーズンに、『年越しをご一緒にスペシャル』は大晦日から元日にかけて、『ねこねこ55』は不定期で放送されています。

It is a five-minute morning and evening program on NHK ETV (Educational TV). As the name suggests, the program is broadcast every Monday through Friday for five days, with 0655 starting at 6:55 a.m. and 2355 starting at 11:55 p.m. The program is led by Masahiko Sato and Professor Mitsuko Okamoto of the Graduate School of Tokyo University of the Arts and NHK, the program is designed to "create a rhythm for the Japanese people".
Euphrates is in charge of overall program direction and video production.
